Q:           If I have a service appointment, where do I go?

A:           50 Portsmouth Ave, at the corner of Portsmouth Ave. and Frying Pan Lane. All Service Transactions will take place from this location during construction. Our service advisors, waiting area, valets, and loaners are all on site.


Q:           If I have a loner, where do I drop it off?

A:           50 Portsmouth Ave, at the corner of Portsmouth Ave. and Frying Pan Lane. The service entrance is on the left side of the building. Our loaner service is available to all service customers.


Q:           I'm interested in buying "parts" only, where do I go?

A:           50 Portsmouth Ave, at the corner of Portsmouth Ave. and Frying Pan Lane.  All parts transactions will be from this location during construction.


Q:           I would like to test drive a new or used vehicle, where do I go?

A:           50 Portsmouth Ave, at the corner of Portsmouth Ave. and Frying Pan Lane. All of our used vehicles will be on site as well as every new Audi model we carry.


Q:           Is this temporary?

A:           Yes, our current Audi Sales, Service and Parts departments will all be expanding and receiving a state of the art upgrade.


Q:           When will everything be back at the Audi building at 58 Portsmouth Ave?

A:           Tentatively April 2018 we return to the newly renovated and improved Audi building.


Q:           Will my car still get cleaned after service?

A:           Of course!


Q:           Have the hours of operation changed?

A:           No, our hours of operation will remain the same. Please refer to the bottom of this page for our hours of operation.


Q:           How far is 50 Portsmouth Ave from the current Audi location?

A:           It is exactly .2 miles north on the same side of Route 108 at the corner of Frying Pan Lane.


Q:           Will you still offer pickup and delivery for my vehicle service needs?

A:           Yes, the process will remain the same for all Audi Stratham customers.


Q:           Why are you renovating?

 A:          To serve you better:

               -increasing showroom size will feature more models in a comfortable display area.

              -enclosed climate controlled service drive-in reception area for 6 vehicles, keeping     you out of the elements during service drop off


             More service bays


•Additional technical staff to expedite vehicle repairs and decrease wait time for appointments.

•Increased part inventory storage area, allowing for increased inventory.

•State of the art low profile drive-on alignment rack.

•Updated Tire and wheel installation equipment capable of aligning 99% of the vehicles currently on the road.
