I wanted to take the time to write to you concerning your Sales Associate, Nigel H. Reed.  My wife and I recently purchased a pre-owned A6 from your dealership and Nigel was the sales associate whom we dealt with throughout the process.  I must say that I was absolutely impressed with the way he handled himself and represented your establishment.  I have purchased vehicles from Flagship Motorcars, Herb Chambers BMW, and Herb Chambers Infiniti in the past, and while I have always been treated well, the experience with your dealership during the sales process was above what I have become accustomed to.  So much so, that I felt the need to write you in order that Nigel receive his due praise for dedication and effort. 

I will gladly recommend your establishment to my friends and colleagues.

  Thanks again for the very nice car buying experience this weekend.  This is our 4^th vehicle from your dealership in just a little over 2 years and you all keep proving to be an excellent dealership to return to.    Not one complaint to be had on any of our 4 experiences.  This past Saturday?s was probably the most rewarding as we did it all in a couple hours!  Thanks again, you guys are great!
